Most in-stock items will ship within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) There is no extra charge for back order shipments, and credit card orders aren't charged until they leave our studio. Delays will be communicated within 24 hours.
 

To avoid any delays in your return process, please include a copy of your invoice with your shipment. Hold onto your return shipping receipt and your invoice until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your confirmation of an approved return.

Returns cannot be submitted to our retail locations. We recommend that you insure your return shipment, as lost shipments are the senderâ??s responsibility. Credit or debit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.
