Fiddlehead
Fiddleheads are the furled fronds of a young fern, which also resemble the ornamentation found at the end of stringed instrument such as a violin. This fiddlehead paper features fine-lined, delicate scroll work similar to its namesake motif, in bright metallic colors splayed across the surface of each sheet.
The gold pattern is printed on solid lokta paper, an eco-friendly handmade paper from Nepal crafted from the inner bark of the daphne shrub, or lokta bushes. Each sheet offers consistent weight and a smooth surface suited for gifting and creative projects, while supporting small-scale cottage industries and women’s cooperatives in Nepal.
