Tea-Making & The Alchemy of Plants

Everyone has an artist inside. The artist is our inner self, what we desire to communicate and express. Whatever your profession is - a corporate executive, a lawyer, a medical professional, in public service, an entrepreneur, a parent, making time to be creative on a regular basis is vital to our well-being. When we try something new outside of our daily work, or when we create something original, we cultivate our ability to think outside the box, keeping ourselves vibrant, open, optimistic, joyful.

Are you a nature-lover who wants to gain new insights of nature's offerings, have fun, and get creative with home cooking and healing by working with plants?  Celebrate the bounty of Mother Nature and get into communication with plants by creating your own tea blends.

In this workshop, you will learn to build a deeper connection with plants through Evan Rilling's guided plant meditation and mindfulness practices.  You will hone your intuition and creativity by learning about plants, their leaves and their unique essences, as you create your own custom tea made with a magical blend of plants that uniquely speaks to you.

All supplies are organic and non-toxic, and provided.  Should have your own plants that you are curious about working with, feel free to bring them to create and share if you choose!
